This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the GetFreeMenu Pro subscription. GetFreeMenu is operated by Canny Edge Co., Ltd.(บริษัท แคนนี่เอดจ์ จำกัด) ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. We will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. This applies to every Pro payment, including renewals — you have 14 days from the date of each charge to request a refund.
The Core Service Is Free
The GetFreeMenu digital menu, QR codes, table ordering, virtual queue, kitchen display, team management, and analytics are available on a free plan at no charge. Because the free plan involves no payment, there is nothing to refund. This policy applies only to the optional paid Pro subscription.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or use our contact page, and let us know the charge date and amount. You can also request a refund directly through the receipt/invoice email you received from our payment provider, Paddle, at the time of purchase.
Payment Provider
Our Pro subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund — if you want a refund for a recent payment, request one within 14 days as described above.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
