Welcome to GetFreeMenu. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetFreeMenu website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GetFreeMenu ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free Service

GetFreeMenu is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to display advertisements (including Google AdSense) on the Service to support its operation. We do not currently offer a paid tier, and there are no hidden fees.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (menus, images, descriptions, logos, translations, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service, including making your public menu pages accessible to your customers.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
  • The content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
  • The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload unlawful, deceptive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Upload malware, scrape the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying software (excluding user content), is owned by GetFreeMenu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services (including Google OAuth, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Google Search Console). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETFREEMENU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetFreeMenu and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
